Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer for the Arizona Super Bowl XLII Host Committee. Please read the guidelines below before completing an application.

• Volunteers must complete the official Arizona Super Bowl XLII Host Committee volunteer application.
• Each applicant must complete a volunteer release, and a waiver of liability, and an indemnification agreement. These forms will become available at the training sessions.
• For security purposes, all volunteers will undergo a mandatory background check.
• All volunteers must be 18 years of age by November 2007. A driver's license or state identification may be used as proof.
• Volunteers must be able to work a minimum of two, four-hour shifts.
• Volunteers must attend one training session specific to their selected volunteer assignment and the general pep rally (January 2008). Training will take place on evenings and weekends.
• No game tickets will be made available to volunteers.
• No volunteer opportunities are available inside the University of Phoenix Stadium on game day.
• All volunteers must agree to a background check as required by the NFL.
• Volunteers must provide their own transportation to their assigned location.
• No lodging accommodations will be available for volunteers.
• Volunteer opportunities will be provided on an equal basis without regard to age, sex, religion or disabilities.
