To provide a safe environment and to expedite fan entry into the Footprint Center, the NFL limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the arena.
The following list of prohibited items is not all-inclusive. All items are subject to security review and discretion.
Note: Any items not permitted entry into Hance Park will be the responsibility of the attendee and cannot be accepted or checked by the NFL or the Phoenix Police Department. We urge fans to secure these items in their vehicles, homes or hotel rooms. Confiscated items will not be returned, instead they will be disposed of.
The Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe’s at Hance Park is a free, multi-day festival February 9 – February 12 in Downtown Phoenix featuring live music from national recording artists, family-friendly activities, local cuisine, photo opportunities, activations and more.
YES, Tickets are NOT required for the Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe’s at Hance Park. For Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe’s at the Phoenix Convention Center, fans can purchase tickets online at Superbowl.com/ExperienceTickets, via ticketmaster.com, or by downloading the NFL OnePass app in the app store. NO convenience fees will be applied to your purchase online or via NFL OnePass. Fans can also purchase tickets in person at the Super Bowl Experience box office located at the Phoenix Convention Center on event days. Fans are encouraged to pre-purchase their tickets to avoid long lines at the box office.

NFL OnePass is MANDATORY to enter Hance Park for the Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe’s and enables fans to register themselves (and any minors) and “check-in” to all the attractions. Any content, including green screen photos and videos will be delivered to a fan via their email. Check-ins also allow fans to enter contests including the chance to win instant prizes and the grand prize, tickets to Super Bowl LVII.
The Super Bowl Experience is a cash free event. VISA is the preferred credit card of the NFL. All major credit cards are accepted. All concessions on site as well as the NFL Shop will only accept credit cards.

Yes, there will be ADA mobility assistance at the main fan entry. The Super Bowl Experience is ADA-compliant as all games and attractions are ADA accessible for visually impaired and hearing-impaired fans.
No outside food and beverage is permitted. Food and beverages will be available for purchase within the concession area
