We’ve been making Mexican ice and cream pops since 2010. We like everything to be “obsessively from scratch” because it’s more fun that way, and it tastes better. Flavors are seasonal and our kitchen is 100% gluten free.
Our cuisine is food from El Salvador, a country in Central America. One of the main dishes we are known for are pupusas. Pupusas are handmade corn tortillas (gluten free- perfect for everyone) they are filled inside with choices of fillings ranging from meat, cheese, beans, vegetables as well as vegan options.
They focus on getting as many ingredients as possible from local farms and changing the menu to keep it fresh. You will typically find a mix of Southwest Mexican cuisines such as tacos, quesadillas, and our famous carne asada fries (depending on what products they sourced), it’s guaranteed to be a showstopper and include toppings such as house made aioli and unique combinations.
