ABOUT THE SUPER BOWL LEGACY GRANT PROGRAM

In addition to creating direct economic impact for Arizona, investing in the community and local non-profits is paramount to the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee’s mission to leave a positive lasting legacy. Through the Super Bowl Legacy Grant Program, a partnership between the Host Committee and NFL Foundation, over $2 million in grants will be awarded to Arizona non-profits.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • Any 501(c)(3) organization, school, municipality, or tribal entity that operates with fiscal accountability and responsibility. Religious organizations may apply for funding of non-sectarian programs.
  • Organizations must demonstrate a non-discrimination policy regarding staff, employment, governing board and service delivery based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability or national origin, and provide evidence of the policy.
  • Organizations without a 501(c)(3) status must use a fiscal agent to apply on their behalf. Fiscal agents must have a visible profile on this website, and also be a 501(c)(3) organization.
  • Applicant organization must be fully authorized by its board and other applicable partners/collaborators to submit this application.
  • Organizations have been in operation for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Organizations must have an annual operating budget of at least $300,000.
  • Proposed projects must have been operating for at least 3 years.
  • Proposed projects must align with the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee’s focus areas: Education, Health & Wellness, DEI & Social Justice, Environmental & Sustainability.
  • Organizations unsure of their eligibility may inquire at grants@azfoundation.org.
