Alcohol 

• Outside alcohol is not allowed at Hance Park.
• Only guests 21+ will be allowed to consume alcohol. Guests wanting to consume alcohol will be required to visit an ID Check station within Hance Park prior to purchasing drinks or ordering at a bar.
• Drink options will include local and domestic beer from Hensley which are available at the bar stations inside Hance Park. 

Animals 

• Service Animals for Guests with disabilities are permitted. All other animals, including Emotional Support Animals are prohibited.

Bag Policy 

• There is no clear bag policy to enter Hance Park, however all bags are required to be checked.
• No bags larger than 18″ x 16″ x 8″ are allowed. 
• If you bring a bag you MUST enter through Gate A located on Central Ave. to run your items through the X-Ray security checkpoint.
• We recommend not bringing a bag to Hance Park to avoid any lines at Gate A. Guests without a bag will be able to enter from any gate into Hance Park.

• Banners, signs (any object that obstructs the view of others)

• Glass or aluminum containers, thermoses, cups, and beverage containers of any kind (unless purchased at an NFL venue) 
• Camera with removeable lenses more than 6″
• Professional video/audio recorders, except for credentialed media 
• Chairs, stools, or other seating devices
• Sunday Only Exemption: Folding outdoor chairs are permitted for Sunday’s SBLVII watch party.
• Coolers (Coolers for medical purposes are permitted)
• Laser Pointers
• Food or Beverage (Unless for Medical Purpose)
• Illegal substances
• Mace, pepper spray or any aerosol
• Motorized scooters, hover boards, skateboards or self-propelled items except for ADA or medical purposes
• Noisemakers and horns, whistles, musical instruments of any kind
• Promotional items with commercial slogans or identification without written consent from the NFL
• Selfie Sticks and tripods
• Weapons including firearms, knives, electronic stunning devices.  
• Fireworks, explosives, or other combustible items
• Any other item deemed potentially dangerous or inappropriate in management’s sole discretion will not be permitted.

Bike Racks 

• There are pre-existing bike racks on the west side of Hance Park near the Culver parking lot. There is a limited number available.

Cameras 

• No personal camera with changeable lens longer than 6in is allowed in Hance Park. Selfie sticks and tripods are also barred from entering the park. 

Capacity 

• Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe’s at Hance Park is subject to capacity restrictions. For any updates on event capacity, we recommend looking for any notifications on the OnePass app, or on @azsuperbowl social accounts. 

Diaper Bags  

• Diaper Bags are allowed in Hance Park, you must enter through Gate A to scan your items through the X-Ray machine. All bags are subject to search.

Directions

From Sky Harbor International Airport: 

• Head east on E. Sky Harbor Blvd. Merge onto I-10 W via the ramp on the left to Downtown Phoenix. Take Exit 145A for 7th St. Turn left and head south. 

From the North Valley: 

• From I-17 – Take the I-17 heading south. Take Exit 200A towards Central Phoenix. Merge onto I-10 East. Take exit 144A for 7th Ave. Turn right and head south. 

OR 

• From I-51 – Take the ramp onto I-51 south. Exit onto I-10 west towards Los Angeles. Take Exit 145A for 7th St. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for 7th Ave North. Turn left onto 7th Ave and head south. 

From the South Valley: 

• Take I-10 West to Exit 145A for 7th St. Turn left onto 7th St. and head south. 

From the West Valley: 

• From I-10 – Take I-10 East. Take Exit 144A for 7th Ave. and head south. 
• From SR-101 – Take SR-101 south and merge onto I-10 East. Take Exit 144A for 7th Ave. Turn right on 7th Ave. and head south. 

From the East Valley: 

• From US-60 – Take US-60 West and merge onto I-10 West to Phoenix. Take Exit 145A for 7th St. Turn left onto 7th St. and head south. 

Emergencies/Evacuations 

• If you see something, say something. For any suspicious activity or behavior, report to an officer on duty at Hance Park.
• In case of an emergency, the Super Bowl Host Committee and city officials will implement related safety measures. 

Firearms 

• Firearms and other weapons are banned and strictly prohibited at Hance Park. 

Fireworks

• Fireworks are not allowed at this event.

First Aid 

• In case of an incident, there will be a medical tent and medical personnel accessible to guests at Hance Park.

Food 

• No outside food is permitted at Hance Park. Food will be available to purchase inside the event. Options will include southwest-focused cuisine from a variety of local vendors and food trucks. For those with dietary restrictions, there will be various options, including vegetarian and vegan options. 

Gate Locations

• There are three different gates that visitors can enter through. All visitors with a bag MUST enter through Gate A. Those without a bag are encouraged to use Gates B and C. The gates are located at the following:
  • GATE A – East Side of Hance Park Under Central Ave Bridge – 67 W Culver Street Phoenix, AZ 85003
  • GATE B – North 1st Street and E Moreland Street
  • GATE C – North 2nd Street and E Moreland Street

Guest Services 

• All guest inquiries and/or questions can be answered at our information booth located near Gate A in Hance Park. 

Item Check 

• Guests with a bag must enter through Gate A and are required to have their items screened through our X-ray technology machines. All bags are required to search. Those without bags will be able to enter through other entrance gates located around Hance Park. 

Location 

• Hance Park is located at 67 W Culver St, Phoenix, AZ 85003.

Lockers  

• There will not be any lockers available for guests to utilize at Hance Park. 

Lost and Found 

• Lost and found is located at the info booth in the courtyard near Gate A in Hance Park. 

Lost Child

• Separated families will be able to receive assistance at the info booth near Gate A in Hance Park. 

Media

• All Media Credentials for this event have been sent and approved. Approved media are allowed to have professional photo, video and audio equipment at Hance Park.  

Medical Services  

• In case of an incident, there will be a first aid tent accessible to guests at Hance Park.

Merchandise  

• Official NFL Merchandise will be available for purchase at Hance Park.

Parking 

• There isn’t any event-specific parking for Hance Park. However, there’s metered parking and paid parking lots throughout Downtown Phoenix. Always make sure to check where you are parking and the spots time limit so you can avoid any tickets. Additional information on parking meters can be found here. The Space App can help you secure parking ahead of time by pre-paying and reserving a spot in select garages around Phoenix.

Re-Entry Policy 

• While guests are allowed to leave and re-enter Hance Park, their return is not guaranteed if the event is at capacity.

Ticket Information 

• Tickets are not required for this free event. We highly recommend you download the NFL OnePass app to have the best experience possible. 

Weather 

• While we can’t predict the weather, the average temperature for the month of February in Phoenix is 72 degrees during the day and 48 degrees at night. We recommend you bring light layers since when the sun is out it can feel warmer than it is, and make sure to check out the weekly forecast before arriving in the valley.
